While relaxing on the covered stoep, you can keep an eye on the kids as they fish or paddle, and even try to spot as many as possible of the 124 recorded bird species. For the more adventurous, there are various mountain biking and hiking trails to explore.

This is a fully self-catering unit, equipped with a small kitchen that includes a two-plate gas stove and a fridge. Please note: electricity is limited—microwaves, hairdryers and curling irons cannot be used, but these can be accessed at the main house if needed.

The open-plan living area leads onto a private stoep with beautiful views over the dam. Guests can enjoy both an indoor braai and a dedicated outdoor braai area right by the water.

Wi-Fi is not available at the unit, but is accessible at the main house, located 700m away. Safe parking is provided outside the unit.
